This page is your one stop shop for all things going on in my classroom.
My name is Cody Glaze, and I am a Biology and Life Science teacher here at North Medford High School. I love science, and I enjoy teaching students through hands on labs and experiences.
I grew up in a suburb of Akron, Ohio, in a small town called Hartville. After I graduated high school, I made my way across the US, traveling to 40 (so far) of the 50 states, and living in California, Florida, and North Carolina before moving to beautiful Oregon in 2009. I received my Biology degree and teaching license from Warner Pacific College in Southeast Portland, and my ESOL Endorsement from Pacific University in Forest Grove. I recently moved to Medford, after teaching in Portland Public Schools for five years.
In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, stand up paddle boarding, rock climbing, and exploring the Northwest. I love to travel and often find myself visiting family several times a year in North Carolina, California, and Ohio.
