Today we deconstructed our anemometers and wind vanes, and then we began a documentary on severe weather. We did not finish this, so we will finish this on Monday. There is no homework.
Today we started class by discussing Activity 68, and reinforced the concepts of global wind patterns and convection currents. We then tested our anemometers and wind vanes. Homework is Act 67 and 68 AQ.
Today we were in the computer lab for Activity 68. Here we learned about the wind patterns on local and global scales. If you were absent, I have attached the textbook and student sheet files, as well as a link to the activity. The homework is Activity 68 AQ 1-3.
Today we finished building our anemometers and wind vanes. We will be testing them on Thursday. Tomorrow we will be in the computer lab. s
Today we continued to construct our Anemometers and Wind Vanes in Act 67. We did not finish, and we will finish and test these tomorrow. Homework is to turn in science proposals to submitbox.
