For Tuesday, Click on the button below to complete the activity. We did not finish Activity 64 and will finish tomorrow in class. Tuesday- On Tuesday we discussed field trip details, logistics, and how each of the areas we visited were formed. Wednesday- On Wednesday we had an awesome field trip to Mt. St. Helen's! Beautiful weather, and some great experiences! Thursday- On Thursday we learned about hurricanes, because of recent hurricane activity. We watched some videos, took Cornell notes, and had a rich discussion about what hurricanes are, how they form, and how they affect us. Homework is to write a summary for Cornell Notes and brainstorm ways we can help Haiti post Hurricane Matthew. Activity 62 Water Cycle Art projects were turned in during class today. Today we investigated air in Activity 63. This was a lab. If you were absent today please watch the video below and complete the LABsent assiginment. ![]()
On Thursday and Friday we worked on our Water Cycle Art project. The details are below. This is due on Monday. Digital work can be turned into google classrooms. Hard copy artwork can be turned in during class. ![]()
On Monday we completed Activity 62, and learned more about how water moves through the water cycle. If you were absent I attached a labsent. On Tuesday and Wednesday we are working on an art project about the water cycle. You get to choose what art media you want to use... You just have to just have to meet the following requirements: You need to create a piece of art showing a water molecule moving through the water cycle. (example, Song, rap, diagram, comic strip, short story children’s book, poems, memes, etc) You must use all of these words, show me that you know how all of these processes occur,, and how your water molecule is moving through each of these :
