We started off class by watching two youtube videos about the landing of the Mars Rover. This led us into a discussion about what would be necessary components of a lander to make a successful landing on Mars. Today we started designing our "Mar Lander", our contraption that each pair is designing and will drop on Friday with a raw egg on the inside. This drop will be our final drop- we will use the next to days to construct our landers with materials students bring from home. Students must do their first two trials from home. Homework tonight is to bring materials to build our landers. ![]()
